Through her personal journey to find healing in her own mind, body, and spirit, Elise was called to try working with reiki since she was not sustaining progress through more common or traditional methods. 

 

Recognizing how much reiki positively impacted her life, and with how deeply she cultivated a connection with energetics, she was inevitably led down the path to become a dedicated practitioner who now holds space for others.

Elise has trained and been initiated as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, and Holy Fire® III Second Degree Reiki Practitioner. In addition to her reiki practice, she is also certified as a 200hr Yoga Teacher, Integrative Life & Wellness Coach, and has a background and full-time career in the field of Human Resources.

Elise also infuses alternative energy work techniques and holistic modalities into sessions and after-care offerings, providing an individually tailored approach to best help clients reach their goals and needs.
